I have a silvertop with a black top ECU, it was running ok with none brand coils, one burned so I got Denso 673-1306, after installing them the car would not start and if it does wont stay on, I got some other brand ICO32130 and it does the same thing, not sure what is going on. Hope someone can help.

Hi hope some 1 can help I just install a 1NZ cop's, not sure how to make after market tacho work, without using the igniter. I was using a twin coil pack witch was giving me issues starting the engine, start now with no problem and revs high, but not sure how far is revving, with the old set up was...

You might need better power to them, they're probably not getting enough. As for the ground, it's the coil/igniter bracket and its grounded on its mounting point on the chassis? The 20v is finicky and needs a good power source and a good solid ground. I have the ground to the block coming from the ...

Power is to a fuse, ground is on the chassis and engine.

What is "FPR"? Maybe that's my issue. Do i have to connect a check valve on the MAP? I try that and no change. I only have one on the bottom of the throttle body, for the idle. Is been to hot to mess with it, waiting for cool day. when the day comes it rains,, bummer. Thanks for the help....

What do you mean the other end of the MAP sensor T is open? It has to reference vacuum. If it's open to atmosphere it will not work properly. If i block the other end the engine will turn off, or will not start. Also the engine will not pass 1500 rpm with out choking. fuel pressure don't go up 7 or...

Sell it. I got engine to start, engine runs but will not rev. Chokes at 3k some times 1200. Ready to rip the engine out and rebuild the 3tc. There's no different i size, as long you have good water flow, for the knocking you may need to change gas grade to higher octane. Low octane some times causes knocking.. specially if the engine is old or needs a tune up.

Got the car to start but won't stay on, runs for a few seconds. When I try to rev dies faster, not sure if is vacuum issue or igniter, the igniter i have is from Toyota #195. not sure if this one will work ok with it..
