I'll try WD-40 and a flathead. Hopefully the timing sprocket comes out easily. I'll be replacing the oil pump so I could care less about that. Haha. I'll let you know how it goes

1K is high for the idle. Mine's full manual and the idle should be @ 650...750 with power steering. Maybe you got a faulty booster? That's one possible solution. I'd wait and see if anyone else can help you with another possible solution before being certain that's the issue!

I'm going to drop a Vibrant resonator and Vibrant Stealth muffler on my 4ag once it's setup. It sounds really nice and racy like. Kinda something I've been after for a while.

Honestly I'd go pick one up at a Junkyard. I ordered a replacement for my 4AC a while ago and none of the shops had one that matched up. You might need to take a blow torch to it to move one of the pipes that leads in/out. That's what I ended up doing and I haven't had any problems since.

Let me take a look at what's coming with the engine and update from there!

Update: It looks like I'll be getting a Big Port Bluetop so I'll need parts for that! I am worried about emissions stuff so whatever the car comes with stock will definitely help me out with that! I'll revise my list to fit more of what I need after I go pick it up!
