Flasher Relay on AE86 is located on your driver side panel. Since you have mentioned that your turn signal is working, it may be not the issue but, try turn on your signal and locate the little box that is making a clicking noise. http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b31/Haru99/AE86%20Diagram/AE86Relay...

Most Japanese cars uses same kind of Blade Type fuses during 80's. (AE86 uses "regular" type) When you need to replace it, just make sure to replace it with SAME amp. More information about automotive fuse can be found here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuse_(automotive) Good luck ;)

Moved your topic to the TECH section. I am not sure exactly what your plan is but, I found lots of wiring diagram at link below. If you are completely lost, I highly suggest you to take it to professional...especially, if you are fixing electrical. BTW, AW11 is a chassis code for your 1987 Toyota MR...

It seems like you have done almost everything...the video shows that car should start anytime.
One last advise from me...very low possibility but, if you have an access to another STOCK ECU, try replace it.
