They put it right next to where the radiator sits on the driver side. It's a little black thing. The other one sits under the driver side steering column somewhere. It's a little blue colored box if I remember correctly. Although I'm not sure on exactly what it controls.

You've gone over all the fuses and made sure they're all good? If that isn't it then I'd check the retractor relay and make sure that's fine. It might have something to do with it although I don't know where it would be on a JDM car. I've only got experience with my USDM 86

That bit of wiring harness you have pictured there is for the HVAC. Do you want to put A/C back in your car? If not I will buy that from you. :P As for the electric mirrors, the kouki and zenki connectors are different, but the wiring is the same, so you can splice in connectors and get it to work....

I would't take it. Keep looking around for values on the car. Unfortunately you have to keep fighting them to get what is the proper amount and sometimes it takes a while. Hang in there.

Just grab some silicone ones. They'll look better and won't corrode as quickly as the rubber ones. They cost a little bit, yeah. But they're definitely worth it.
