Re: Rwd 16v rear coolant neck. Repair suggestions. (Pics)
I removed my "T" extension from the rear coolant neck and just taped threads into the aluminum body for a fitting. Davew7 Great suggestion. The ridge at the end is called a 'swage' or 'swaged end' Samco can supply a 'T' hose that would work fine and to keep it securely in place you could ...

I have an extra rwd 16v exit waterport that has damage on the small T section of the metal water tube. ...In the pic you can see I tried to weld ...

Excellent progress so far. I have a question. Would those engine mounts work with a 3sgte engine? Someday I wanna go turbo but I'm debating whether to go 4agte or 3sgte....and I wanna keep the AC but I never see any good info about these builds. Thanks and keep it up.

So it looks like everything matches up. The strikers are the same, and the lower seat brackets look the same as well. The only oddity is I have no idea what those two latch brackets are to the left and right of the center seat bracket on top. The only thing I can think of is that those two are the ...

Was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a difference in the rear seat latch and striker (to release the backs in order to fold down) for a coupe and hatch? Solid work man, when I work with fiberglass, to me it is easier to saturate the matt first then lay it. I find I get less bubbles that way. It does make a huge mess though on large sheets like you were using. I was digging the side brackets too. I think they'll look great once they're painted. I wi...
