WTB: Busted Levin headlight (Right side)
Im looking for someone with a right side Levin headlight with busted glass. The rear plastic components will need to be intact since thats what i need. Its a longshot, but does anyone have one?

Re: Godspeed/eBay parts VS OEM parts.
brands like Godspeed and Speed Daddy are just not that great unless you're on a budget. Wrong. Those brands are crap regardless if you're on a budget or not. Whether you use (literally) poo as a gasket maker because you thing its good, or you're using (literally) poo because its free and comes out ...

Re: Godspeed/eBay parts VS OEM parts.
The primary reason road cars use rubber bushings is to dampen road noise and offer a softer ride. The unfortunate side effect of that on a race car is that the suspension alignment changes while you're driving. The the reason race cars use harder materials such as poly, delrin or metal is to hold t...

Re: Question for LSD guru
The Tomei unit is the least expensive and it's basically the same as the kaaz and cusco units. I have a cusco 1.5 rs and it works great and locks hard, but it's also obnoxiously loud. I wouldn't recommend it for a street car. The Tomei Technical Trax LSD uses the same casing as the Kaaz but both co...

Have you checked your timing or if your ignition components are working correctly?
Stating what kind of car/engine it is will help.

Re: Coil over reviews?
Ive seen aftermarket spindles bend without any impact or misuse, im guessing theyre just made from different metal from OEM Toyota so they simply cant take the weight. The OEM units i have not seen bend but only wear down (where the hub and bearing sits) but this is probably due to long years of usa...

You would need something like this from Marlin Crawler, or i heard you can get one off of a Toyota Previa transmission and switch out the nylon gear for the T50. http://www.marlincrawler.com/sites/all/marlin/files/imagecache/product/vssoem200.jpg http://www.marlincrawler.com/sites/all/marlin/files/e...

If you know all about Silvertops and Blacktops, why dont you dont know that a FF transmission (Toyota E58) will not fit a FR RWD car?

Re: 4age 20v help!!
I believe Megasquirt unreliability and its bad rumors roots from the units that arent running correctly which were assembled/repaired/modified/installed by the inexperienced. The new systems that are out right now as well as preassembled units from the past are so far the best bang for the buck that...

Re: Coil over reviews?
Gatcha. Can you explain in more detail how the chassis is not designed for such a set up? Thanks Though, the rear seems rather simple, removing the coil and replacing the shock with a coilover, doesnt get any easier than that, hah. You'll be applying all the weight of your rear monocoque to two sma...

What kind of gear oil are you using? A few images ive found. Placement of the oil cooler is crucial, you might have to run adequate ducts http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e212/autobacs/images-1_zps8fb86af4.jpg Have you looked into placing a baffle plate in the rear member?
