I've seen that in other cars. As mine doesn't have that item, nor does it have AC, I'd wager a guess that is the idle up solenoid for the air conditioning.
One shot, one kill.

Yes, I can confirm that is the A/C idle up.

Took mines off since I have no more a/c and just capped it off at the intake air duct and throttle body.
