does the cleaning and painting service include disassembly and reassembly of the rotors/hubs? or would that require the disassembly and assembly fee as well?

You could always just take them off yourself. Would also make shipping easier for both sides. A completely bare strut casing weighs nothing in comparison to a full spindle/strut.

Just my 2 cents..

The cleaning charge is basically to pay for my time when someone sends me casings that are absolutely filthy. If you want them painted I would not charge for the cleaning as long as they are not caked in grease. I still do charge for disassemble and reassemble of parts.

When I purchase sleeves/springs for the fronts I'll definitely shoot you an email. Luckily for me, the strut casinings I got look pretty damn clean. I was expecting some filfthy stuff with 30 years of grime
