Northeast: 1985 AE86 Hatch Roller (+More)

Postby Oggy » Wed Oct 28, 2015 7:58 pm

UPDATE: More parts I forgot about added, and real price added.

Hey guys. Haven't been on the forum in ages since I haven't had time for my car in ages... anyway it's time for a sad post... this is a repost from FB some of you may have seen.

I need to sell my 86 project.

Regretably, the car has sat untouched for several months at this point. I have always held onto the hope that times would change and I would be able to finish what I started. But the reality is, things haven’t changed, and holding on to the car in this state is hurting me, and it’s hurting the car. Without getting into it — as it is quite personal — my current situation leaves no money or time to spend on my baby.

At this point it just makes me depressed to come home each day and see it unfinished in the driveway. It deserves more.

Here’s what I’m selling; nothing more, nothing less. I will NOT part out what I have listed below.
1985 SR5 Hatch Shell (Clean Title, Southern Car, virtually no rust)
-PBM Competition Coilovers
-Kaaz 1.5 Way LSD
-GTS Zenki Rear End
-GTS Brakes
-Goodridge SS Brake Lines
-T3 4-Link (Full Heim Joints)
-Battle Version Panhard Rod
-1-Piece Driveshaft
-Manual Steering Rack
-PS Knuckles
-T3? Outer Tie Rods
-Thick Sway bars front and rear (I forget the brand)
-TODA Lightweight Flywheel
-Exedy Stage 2 Clutch
-Origin Labo Rear Overfenders
-Origin Labo Front Fenders
-4AGE Blacktop Short Block + Head
-T50 x2
-Bride Vios III w/ Seat rail (Seat cover is incorrect)
-Rota Grid V 15x9 et0 x2 (tires maybe 25%)
-Basset 15x9 -2 or 3 backspace x2 (tires 80%)
-Carbon Hatch Lip
-Mostly complete interior from B pillar forward
-Sparco Pedals
-Buddy Club Spec II Exhaust
-New Brake Booster
-New Brake Master
-New Clutch Master

I have a price in mind. To get in the ballpark, I conservatively priced out every part listed, added it all up, then cut it in half. With that in mind, make me a reasonable offer. Offers that include ‘I can be there tomorrow’ or ‘I have a trailer’ will hold more weight, naturally. It does roll, however. If your offer is good enough, I have a many desirable AE86 parts — some of which could be included as a bonus.

PLEASE show some respect and keep any negative comments about the price or otherwise to yourself. I don’t care that you paid $500 for your running 4AC coupe. It breaks my heart to sell this car, and doing so is not something I take lightly.

If you are interested, please EMAIL ME here: chrisogden86 at gmail.com
I'm not very good at checking this forum so PM's aren't the best way to get in touch.

Photos forthcoming, but the weather is not cooperating… figured I’d get the Ad up anyway. Picture below is for attention, as it is an old pic that shows several parts NOT included.
Thank you.

Price: $3500

For those waiting for an update: Spent the day getting it back on the ground and organizing parts. Too dark for pictures now, but I still want to give the car a bath anyway. Next update will be on Sunday, I apologize for the delay.

Also added more parts I forgot about and added a real price.

Trade for a daily 240sx by chance? Does this car have a front end?
