I think the front half of the ds is the same on both models. So you may only need the rear half technically. I'm not certain on this aspect so you may want to get confirmation from someone with more experience, but just a thought.

got the oil pick up, rear main seal housing and seal installed along with the oil pump and oil pan installed too. i decided to go a little crazy with the oil pan color since it isn't really visible from the top and i had a lot of blue left over and it is engine heat paint so it should be ok with the heat from engine and exhaust.
decided to go ahead and attach the motor mount brackets and alternator bracket. also put the oil filter on to protect the surface of the oil filter bracket or whatever you wanna call it. also attached the transmission mounting brackets to the block. note to self: make sure to bag and label all the bolts and nuts next time. i kept thinking "oh i'll remember where this goes" . no i have kept running into delays and having to order parts and wait etc. next thing i know i'm like "where are those bolts?" lesson learned.
