Hi guys,
For those of you who have installed the MKIV Supra Fuel Pump in the AE86.
Is this a straight bolt on swap? What kind of mods are required?
Yes I will get the FPR, haltech ecu, and it's for a high comp 20v engine.

no mods required if i remember correctly. installed a Walbro with the supra kit on my ae86 a month or so ago. Straight bolt in replacement.
Otherwise stock fuel system.
Runs quite well too. and getting about 26-28 mpg in DC commuting traffic.

If you get the pump for a TT model, it will be a bolt-in affair. The N/A models will require the electric connector to be spliced in from a Supra as it is different than the AE86.

Way overkill for a 20v. You'll want to upgrade wiring as the supra pump needs more amperage and the OEM wiring is barely sufficient for the MK4 supra pump. The wires will get warm or almost hot to the touch. I would go mk3 or sw20 mr2 as it should be drop in IIRC, and more than enough.
