Once a year in Chile we have this freak race. It´s 3 hours long, organized by the local "Classic Sports Car Association". It´s mostly filled with BMW, Fiat and VWs, with limited amount of modifications permitted. But this year they invited some GT3 Cup cars and also the Fiat Abarth 1000 Cup, plus a waiver for a very fast Caterham. Some drivers were 70+ and slow as balls, but ther were also a few pro drivers from argentina and germany. Crazy speed differences.
This is me driving my AE86. Had a lot of fun.

Great to see two Toyotas going at it hard on the racetrack Three hours would
be a good test of your car as well... nice work.

Re: Ae86 vs Euro stuff on the track
Thanks guys.
We just inspected the engine as preventive maintenance after 4 hours total racing time (practice, qualy and race) with 8300rpm rev limiter on stock rods, crank and oiling system. No wear whatsoever, rod bearings were perfect. We will move to 8500rpm limiter, the engine is still making power up there with 304 cams. Love the 4ag! Wish I could get ahold of a better gearset, it`s the only thing I really miss on the car.
