Re: where can i get some door visors for an ae92 coupe?
Not aware of a rear visor for the coupé. There was one for the liftback (cielo) but it's very rare. I've found these for you: http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-Toyota-AE91-AE92-Trueno-Coupe-2Door-4A-Kouki-Window-Visors-Rain-Guards-OEM-/321122190855?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ac45f...

My collection of parts 4AGE/ AE / EP
Alright, time has come to create some room so I decided to sell some of my part collection I've build in the last few years. Instead of making a thread for every single item I've put them on my blog which can be found here: http://rarecorollaparts.blogspot.com All parts are located in the Netherland...

Re: EGT sensor 4AGE, normal resistance?
The EGT is normally a thermocouple and not a Pt100 /Pt1000 element. Thermocouples give -depending on it's type- a certain amount of voltage at a certain temperature. a resistor won't do you much good in such a case. I have one on my Sera and can check for a Pt100 v.s. Thermocouple once I get back ho...

Providing there isn't an engineblock mounted support bearing you shouldn't need to remove any axles but it will be a tight job, especially if you have the ABS system in the way.

Re: Are there different exhaust side starters?
The reduction type starter is quite a bit smaller than the conventional starter. I have this type on both my GZE and 4A-GE on the exhaust side. (Both engines out of an AE92 chassis)

Re: 20v ecu question
For a start, you have to create a PCB that lets the MCU refer to external memory. this can be done by grounding some of the pins to put the MCU in external mode. Problem is, those pins are used for inputs so you will have to take that into account. Often this is solved using a FPGA or similar (altho...

Re: 20v ecu question
Not with the OEM ECU.
There is an option to remap the OEM ECU but in that case you need some additional hardware.
I have a TOM's ECU for the 20V silvertop that uses such hardware. However, you need to have good knowledge of programming since there isn't any software available to the public.

4A-GZE Cusco adjustable ABV copy
Hi guys and girls, I have had a few copy's made of my Cusco adjustable air bypass valve for the 4A-GZE engine. Re: Cleaning up AE92 Engine Bay
I've got a windscreen/headlight cleaner reservoir from an Swedish AE92 which is mounted under the fender. (because the "normal" space is occupied by the ABS pump)
You can remove the battery bracket if you already removed the battery itself.

It depends on what cam's you will be running to be honest. No need to run the Formula Atlantic dual TRD valve springs with stock cams. With stock cams I'd just run the OEM springs or are you raising the rev limit as well? Most common brands are HKS, Toda & TRD. I see more and more supertech part...

I'd say KMS but I'm not sure if that one has much support on that side of the ocean.
Keep in mind that with a stand alone you can lose some of the integrated functions of your stock ECU. (climate control, cruise control, that sort of stuff)

Which cap? One of the capacitors? They are prone to leaking (apparently there as a bad batch used) and if you notice any signs of leaking I'd advise you to replace them before the ruin the whole PCB.

Re: 20v black top bogging! Don't no why. Can some 1 help?
Should run fine with auto ecu -if everything is wired correct-
Try and see if your VVT works. If not, my best guess is the VVT transistor is blown.

Check if there is any play at the timing belt crank gear as well.
A few millimeter of play over there can mean a huge difference in timing at the camshaft.
