hole are not hard to cut or drill, use a sharp bit and also put a layer of tape down to prevent splintering.

i have read a few places online i believe australian forums (with toyota part numbers and shim part numbers) that the toyota vitz uses a underbucket style shim and will drop right in. but i dont think it is as light weight as the TODA kit if you need help sourcing the buckets and shims from japan i ...

pick up a starter from a 1g engine, ill have to look around i have the part number somewhere. youll also need an adaptor plate to space the start back a bit. it uses a reduction gear so it is a much stronger starter for higher compression setups.

I am almost done with my AE111 ITB swap but lost the info for re-wiring the TPS. does anyone know which wires from the 86 loom go into which location on the ae111 plug?

The wiring is going to be different since your using a Greddy unit. Im not familiar with it, so I cant help you out. If they dont give you a harness that connects to everything or the ecu doesnt plug into your factory harness.... then your going to have to make your own. This is all I can pretty mu...

when doing the ITB swap i would look into another adaptor than the T3. I used it on my swap and was told by T3 that using ae111 throttle bodies is ok with minor grinding. i spent 2 hours per port cutting sanding and grinding.
