you have to use the Same Bracket for the same Ps pump... the idle pulley is mount on that same bracket.. as the pump.. so you have to use the bracket made for that pump assembly ... TT

how is the rack you got from auto zone?....

i think i will just save up and buy a new rack....
and PS pump is also leaking...

any body know if running the stock ae86 PS pump on a 20v .. still need to hook up that 2 vacuum hose up? or is it ok to just plugged

Hmmm If all bracket and accessary came from the same source then i suspected that you some how not install the idle pulley in correctly . I idle pulley is attach to the same bracket as the PS bracket which mount both idle pulley and ps pump pulley correct? So if your ps pulley were able to line up w...

if you are using the ae86 16v PS pump and bracket it should line up with your 16v crank. unless that crank pulley is from the ae101 block it maybe different deep. trying using all the crank ,bracket etc from the same block..... or maybe your idler pulley is not bolt down correctly ....if your PS pum...

maybe your cylinder are flooded with gas.. engine run some time and die some time....
i have similar issue.. but i already done many test.. i know i have spark and fuel.

There is two part the ae86 engine mount that i know of.. The rubber part that will be mate to the cross member and the steel mount bracket.. But i bet you know more then me.

have you find any success with the ac system on the 20v bt in your ae86?

I got the same problem last I check with a timer my bt take a good 8ish minute to warm up. Also have the Sam Q water setup. I pull the thermostat out and find no gasket too. I have use some gasket maker in place of the rubber gasket. There is no rubber gasket at the part store that fit there it only...

Never own a cx racing header before so not sure they measure up. But a worth a look at.
I have trd header and fitted three different exhaust with it and no problem with the fitment ..
But have heard of issue with the obx header but not cx..

Hi Is the the 16v clutch fan you trying to run on your bt? Pictured? If so be careful as it will fail on you soon after u take it out for a few mile or if u rev it hard. Unless you using the 16v water pump and 16v front housing. What am i trying to say is clutch fan will fail with stock 20v bt water...
