will the 4agze oem ecu work with a 20v blacktop?? thinking of turbocharging BT20v nd can't afford to go for standalone systems!!

Can anyone tell me whether 4AGE 20v Blacktop std pistons are of the same size as 4AGZE oem pistons?? If not what are the dimensions of both pistons?
