Ae86 wiper arms have screw on type wipers from the factory. Toyota blades aren't very expensive and you can put inserts on them instead of completely replacing them. Inserts?? Do you have a picture, link, p/n?? Is there a car(s) that I could just swap the blade assembly out on to get the quick-clip?

First things first, STs come with ITB's already. STs came with 150HP give or take but that's to the crank, to the wheels you're looking at maybe 125-130.
