Yeah I can imagine. we're bit further inland, but rust is catching up with these older cars here.

Well, I went ahead and installed the 22/6 gear in place of the 19/5 and it's working jurist right. No issues at the moment

All the part diagrams and Toyodiy list it as 33403, the speedometer drive gear, but since Toyota part numbers are 10 digits long, the speedometer drive gear is broken into more specific sizes with the last 5 digits (i.e. 33403-19175 for a 22/6 gear).
