Re: 7age 20v Dyno numbers are in
Even if you lined up the cams properly you have to adjust for the difference in block height. With the stuff you bought to line it up correctly everything may not be TDC. I'd degree the cams and ensure that TDC matches what it shows on the block and cams. I'm going to have to do the same because I h...

I put down the same power with my 16v 7AGE, something seems amiss. The power fell flat on it's face at 6300rpm and it was due to a spun bearing.

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru help!)
Here is the wiring diagram. I was using the sequential injection add-on for the MS unit hence injectors 3 and 4 going to the DB15 connector. If you have High Impedance injectors you can just tie them together like in previous diagram in this thread. Keep in mind you can use your own colors, that's j...

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru help!)
Running some TRD 272 cams and thank you! I was really worried about the harness not working.
I'll post up the latest revision of the wiring diagram if anyone plans on going this route in the future, I've done all the hard work for you all you have to do is run the wire.

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru he
Got the harness installed finally, here's a pic for everyone that helped (Sorry it's a bit blurry). I just need to tidy up the wires some once I get some clips to hide them better. Looks much better than it did before. Hopefully I'll find out if it works tomorrow.

WTB heater core gromets and rear running light pieces
Looking to buy a set of heater gromets that cover the holes in the firewall.
Also looking for the two square plastic pieces that pop into the body that the rear side running lights screw into.

FINISHED!!!!! Thank you so much for the help Jondee86, this is an amazing accomplishment for me.

and I was correct, the E2 and THA wires join up behind the PCB/Junctions in the kick panel.

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru he
Should I just forget about the E2 being spliced in since it is part of the body harness I did not touch and just splice the rest of the grounds in as normal? Since I didn't mess with it I'm assuming that it's good to go.

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru he
Okay, but that doesn't answer my question lol. The A plug from the ECU is for the body harness. Neither of the two harnesses I have connected to that plug at all for the E2 pinout. Do these come in contact with each other behind the scenes (Best analogy I could think of for correct wording) or what?...

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru he
So, I was getting ready to solder these last few wires and noticed something. Pin E2 that connects to C* Pin 10 and THA that connects to C* Pin 1 are not part of the engine harness. They are the A plug for the ECU and do not have any wires that connect them together that I can see on the factory har...

Okay, first off a link to the schematics for reference purposes. Jondee, I SUMMON THEE!!!! I only have the grounds that go to the C* plug and the Manifold remaining. This is actually what I was talking about. It's one of the splits on Pin 2 coming off the C Plug that is normally on the firewall.

Re: Megasquirt/7AGE/Custom harness questions (Wiring Guru he
Here's what I traced out by hand after using those documents. Only wire I'm somewhat concerned with is the one coming off Pin 2 of the C Plug. It seems to go to a ground like unit over by the brake plunger system. I'm wondering if it's needed. I'll try to post pictures of it tomorrow. C* Plug Pin 5 ...

Here's all the data I used. I'm pretty sure it's right. I traced most of it out by hand on my existing harness.
