I'm curious if the AE86 water pump assy (16100-19095) comes with both the water inlet housing (16323-16020) and the water outlet (16331-16020). I need to know this for sure before i'm going to order the pump.

I don't know for sure but it might be possible that the body harness is different. Think your best bet is to buy one and try. If it won't work you can always sell it afterwards. Another option is the unscrew the ecu. Sometimes Toyota writes what's connected to the pins onto the ecu. Think i'd do tha...

I don't understand why does brands doesn't take action to Ebay. Those folks are already on there for long selling (probably) low quality pieces under a strong brand name.

When I had the 5 speed ecu my rev limit was 7800 for sure. Maybe you have a 5 speed and no cat, then you can rev some more as stock

From what i remember most aftermarket ECU's for the Blacktop (like Blitz, JAM, TOM's, etc) rev to about 8500 rpm. So i consider that as a safe limiter. Stock is 7800 rpm for the 5-speed and 8250 or so for the 6-speed ecu. Without a catalytic convertor you can rev about 200 rpm more on a stock engine.

Nice to see a fx again on this board. Lovely cars and very underrated imo. Was my first car and it trashed all gti's, had a very good handling (even @topspeed) and looks well!

For the map sensor you can use almost any map sensor. I used a 7AFE Celica AT2000 map sensor on my blacktop conversion and worked like a charm. Later i was able to buy the oem map sensor but there was no difference at all.

They're definitely genuine, but lots of times they don't have the parts in stock I requested . Shipment won't take too long. If you're parts are available through then then I'd say give it a go

They're some aftermarket p&p ECU available for the 20V, like JAMS, TOMS, BLITZ, etc but they're pretty rare and you'll never know for which setup they're actually been chipped/written. Also the Emanage blue seems to work very well with the 20V, but this is a piggyback. Other piggybacks seems not...

Have one OEM Blacktop flywheel also, but i'm located in Europe, so shipping might be expensive depending on your location.

Code 42 shouldn't give this behaviour. Are you sure your timing is all set up properly? Can imagine that with a 7AGE 20V your timing might be messed up.
