Youre old skool enough to be an OG for sure. Yeah, that dude was king of meaninglessness posts. I want to say he had over 1000 before he even owned a Corolla of his own, which is why losts of people gave him $#!+. Gotta give him credit for not giving up. 2010 Lancer Evolution GSR 1997 4runner 4cyl 5speed 4X4 Bought the Evo X to daily drive. It is a great car but I got tired of how expensive it is to maintain (tires, brakes, and fluids every year isn't cheap) so now it sits. Not to mention all the $ i dumped into mods... Was looking for a Tacoma when...

Nothing fits like stock. Why not just have it repaired?
Unless youre trying to shave weight, its a waste. Save the $ for something more worthwhile.

Guess I'd be considered an OG member as well. Joined Club4ag before I had internet access at home (thank you AOL free trial disc!) so easily in the late 90s. I'm in San Marcos.
When I lived down south, we had a regular meet going for awhile but that was a long time ago (2006?). Lost touch with all but 1 of those guys since most of them moved away.

Re: Problems with low beam switch - And, how to reattach signal stalk properly?
Any ball that fits will work. Sounds like the original is a lost cause. Take an old ball bearing apart or use a BB (as in BB gun?), they come in different sizes. I recently had the same issue with my left side headlight. I thought it was the bulb so I bought a replacement. Decided to wait until I fi...

Re: Problems with low beam switch - And, how to reattach signal stalk properly?
Yes. The problem sounds like the ball detent isn't working properly. One of the pieces (ball or spring) probably fell out without you noticing. Works kind of like a retractable pen. Take it apart again and look carefully. Due to age, you should see the wear marks where the ball (or spring thats usua...

Re: Help or advice with power steering pump and alternator bracket
IIRC the JDM GZE bracket has all 3 are mounted on the exhaust side of the engine. No other brackets should be needed (take off all the original brackets). I assume you know that you will have to move the alternator cables to the left side in an AE86. Also, in the AE86, I believe the alternator pulle...

Wow! Built in scope? That's awesome!
Also, just noticed the Point Angle Offset parameter in your screenshot. I believe that is what controls timing for each cyl (like points on an old skool distributor). Did you set that up?
