Re: show your custom shifters or e brake handle
I pried the handle off a 32" Craftsman pry bar and pressed a threaded insert inside. That is actually size, it's 8" tall, since the TRD shifter is a smidge too short.

Yes, bored 0.020" over and honed the cylinders, decked, cleaned everything, turned the crank, checked the rods, swapped pistons on the rods, and resurfaced the flywheel. They also measured and ordered the bearings for me, but I can't remember if that prudence included the price of the bearings ...

DIY: FUNCTIONAL Megan rear strut tower brace
I got a Megan rear bar for next to nothin, it was dirty but complete. I didn't want to drill more holes in the poor car, so I came up with a way to mount the bar using existing threaded holes. Plus I didn't like the position of the regularly installed bar just out in space kinda near-ish the shocks....

Re: cxracing high rise headers - EBay
I found the header with the downpipe together. It looks pretty good, and the pipe sizes are what I need, I have an OBX 4-1 header, but the collector and downpipe is all 2"ID pipe. It looks like it's mounted on a LHD US car, maybe even with power steering. It fits around the steering column, and...

Re: Sr5->4agze
Ideally u would want to completely strip the SR5, then build the engine and install everything you need for it to run and make all the necessary fabrication and modifications to the SR5 with the engine in place. You'll do fun stuff like run new fuel lines and intercooler piping. Then strip the SR5 b...

Re: Camero shocks on the rear of an 86
Whatever body style a 2000 Camaro is. All 2000 Camaro's whether RS or SS or whatever, they bolt up the same. I have them on my car. They are about 2" shorter than AE86 rear shocks, so that's better if your car is hecka lowered. Plus they are valves for a much heavier car, so they are a lot more...

It's the 2.0L BEAMS from the JDM Altezza RS200. That makes 210bhp with a 6-speed transmission, and it's all Toyota. Plus this particular one is sporting some nice ITB's, so I reckon it'll sing a pretty nice song around the track.

I made a giant shift knob. Then I fixed my upside-down headlights. Apparently I put them back together inside out so they would stay up when off and flip closed when turned on. Easy fix. Then I took apart my driver seat so it's ready for the Sparco seat that'll be here tomorrow. Plus I mounted my Mo...
