Re: Climate cntrl cable bracket thingy-ma-bob.
I was just messing with the climate controls on my heater the other day too. If you guys are referring to the part where the lever swivels at, then you can replace that with a bolt, nut, and a couple of big washers. The previous owner of my car, did this and it works great. As far as the white plast...

Re: Extended LCA: Tires rubbing
Two Cases here: 1. If your wheels are touching where your brake lines are at, then you need to extend the LCA or change the offset. - I dont believe this applies to you. 2. If your wheels are touching where your feet/fuse box are inside the car. Then you have a couple options. Smaller sidewall tire,...

Re: Group A Engine
Building to a Group "A" standard isn't that hard... (170hp 125#/ft) It takes a good combination of parts, and a knowledgeable engine builder. Building to an N2 standard is another story, N2 is similar O/S valves to an F/A engine. A Grp"A" should cost under $10k, while the N2 is ...

Gts slave mounts on the passenger side of the bellhousing while the SR5 one mounts on the driver side. That is why its not fitting. You need a gts one.

Distributor installed correctly? At TDC (crank at 0, cam gear dimples matching backing plate marks) the dizzy rotor should be pointed at the #1 lead.

Re: My headlights aren't turning on. Can anyone shoot me some tips?
More than likely the headlight switch. Remove it from the dash. It is directory behind the switch that you use. You can either replace it or take it apart and resolder it. Resoldering it is the cheapest option and it is relatively easy.

Re: Ignition but car dies after starter wire replacement
In this thread it shows how the distributor should be lined up: http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=8286 I would double check your engine is at top dead center (TDC) and that your distributor is inserted correctly. The marks on the dizzy shaft should line up and the rotor should be pointing to #...

Going to just make do with this thing for a little while. Despite the stupid sound, the engine now runs great without the exhaust leak. So whatever lol. Atleast there is some more information for people who were curious about this header.

Re: Necessary Relays
Get your AFM installed correctly, otherwise its not helping us help you. Lastly, make sure your AFM is grounded as well. Otherwise you will have the problem you described. I believe it grounds with a square-ish clear-yellowish connector down by the cross member bolts on the driver side.

Re: Cx Racing Header pics and review
So I got this thing on my car with a 20v 4age. Here is what ive learned: 1. Had to cut the flange to fit with the 20v. Had to cut the flange where the coolant outlet port is towards the back of the head. 2. Had to cut my exhaust to fit the down pipe (had to cut about 1" of pipe out). This may h...

Cx Racing Header pics and review
I figured id post this up since there is not much information about the cx racing header. I just bought one because my factory header was leaking too much. I will post up a review on how it feels once I install it on the car. Otherwise here are some pictures. http://s16.postimg.org/h6t9r94lx/2016032...

O2 sensor for 20v 4age with CX Racing header?
Anyone out there running a CX Racing header on the BT20v? The stock O2 sensor for the 20v is a flange type. What O2 sensor did you use? (the cx racing header is a screw in type).
Thanks!
Thanks!
