ideally you want the little keepers evenly spaced/separated on the stem. 105whp is pretty good... the stock cams run flat @ about 6600, so your assumption is likely... you are probably close to 108 or 109 @6600. 4AGEs are not typically going to win dyno competitions..... What I would like to see... is how much time the TT's 1000 hp would help on an autocross course.......

stock oil pump is good to about 9k rpm. Some have used them higher, but they also tend to fail more often above 9k rpm

304/288 combo (in 16V) should twist well over 9000 rpm..... noting your comment about the surprise torque, I'd check cam timing....
