Re: New "Toyota 1600 20v 4A-GE supercharger package"
Hmmmmm, I'd think in a plenum that large they could fit a A2W* intercooler... Air to Water... http://www.laminova.se/images/technology/intercooler-principle.jpg ... that way there would be far less intercooler plumbing, and the charging unit (Rotrex) would be plumbed directly into the manifold

I can't speak about Hasselgren... but Loynings will build all kinds of engines... and you don't have to spend $15,000. I only spent $2600 with them for my engine.

So the 4agze has a compression ratio of 8.1 and the regular has low 9's as I recall. Does anybody know if the physical length of gze connecting rods are shorter than typical age or is it the pistons? Or is it both? Just curious before I start buying parts for my engine. it is all in the piston crow...

i dont exactly know for sure but on the cam thing of using a small port intake and a large port exhaust cam is supposed to help evacuate exhaust gasses faster but if you plan on doing some head work the head work will do the same thing as running staggered cams. Oldeskewltoy can explain this better...

Just out of curiosity, I was under the impression that the LSD rear ends were only available in GTS and of a different size. I'm not talking about gear ratio. I'm talking about dimensions.
