I'd like to know if someone with AW11 manual rack mount bushings can measure them.

For the D shaped one, I'd like to know the top-bottom and front-rear dimensions, inside and outside.

The round one, the ID & OD.

This is a poly set I had found when searching. But I couldn't get the specs, not even from the Prothane site.
