Sport struts for AE92

So I'm trying to find a good set of sport struts for my 88 corolla gt-s, but I just found out that koni yellows are no longer in production for my model. This especially sucks since I just bought some lowering springs for my car and I don't know if kyb gr-2's or billies b4 can handle the 35mm drop. Anybody know where I can get some good alternative struts that can handle this drop or if there are alternative koni's that are compatible with the ae92?

I did consider coilovers, but I realized that it's pretty much gonna be a dd for the next 2 years and didn't think it'd be a good idea for now.

So I thought I'd give a quick update. So I just found out that other people have put agx strut cartridge from a sw20 into the ae92. After doing more research, I've found that trd sport cartridges were interchangeable between the two as well, but only for the front. So I've decided to shell out the cash and buy the koni's directly from koni since they still make the rear cartridges for the ae92 and the front for the sw20. So for now my search ends but I'll post an update later on whether or not this works for me.

Update 2: My yellows arrived yesterday at work and I finally got to see them today. The good news is that the inserts from the MR2 will indeed fit the housing for the AE92 so long as they were the cartridge type struts. I didn't screw the top on it but for now it seems reasonably safe to assume that things will go well. The bad news is that one of my inserts came defective straight out of the box. I need to contact koni and get them exchanged and I'll provide details on my experience on that as well later on. As for the rear inserts, they look beefier than the rear struts that are already on the car now. So now I gotta look for some rear struts that were the same size as OE, and I'm sure monroe won't fit that bill.

Curious how the SW20 yellows will drive. The weight distribution in a SW20 is a lot different than the AE92...
