			#10 and #20 are the wires that the ECU grounds internally to fire the injectors. 
If you have power on those wires, check that the ECU grounds are good. Those 
are the 3 or 4 brown wires that connect to a single brass ring terminal that is 
clamped under a bolt on top of the inlet manifold (near the back of the engine).
Those grounds are easy to miss if you have had the engine wiring harness out.
