new rebuild engine squeak, ? distributor HELP

got a squeak up by dizzy and valve cover near front of engine like cam bearing or maybe dizzy used rebiult AE86 dizzy on new rebuilt 88 MR2 motor put 87 GTS coupe thought is was water pump noise at first but still there after fan belt removed
