ignition timing is good. valve timing was good last i checked. STA wire is connected to starter relay (or should be)
20v ST bogging.

also, if i have the TPS at about 500 or .5 ohms which is all the way forward. itll bog at around 4k. if i have the TPS at about .6-.7 ohms itll start bogging at around 2k rpm. it also runs much richer.

Not sure what resistance you are referring to but you need to set the TPS adjustment based off the idl circuit. Procedure should be in the BGB.
