If you think it's leaking air, dump water on it, EVERYWHERE except directly down the throats or filling up the sparkplug wells!
Taking things apart and putting them back together doesn't do any good if you don't know what you're looking at or looking for.
4age 20v Throttle Body Sync problem

Thank you Jondee, then i guess dont need to worry for the valves. The throttle body are indeed out of adjustment, the butterflies do not open at the same time just like what you said.
So after i set everything simultaneously, should the TPS be recalibrated after i put the TB back on?

Thank you Allen, what do you mean by dumping water on it?
The TB stop screws are out of asjustments, so the butterflies do not open and close simultaneously, and i think the bad adjustment cause my butterflies cack open and let more air in.

It would be a good idea to check and reset if necessary. If you have your
multimeter and feeler gauges handy, you can do it in a couple of minutes
on the bench before you put the manifold assembly back on the engine.
The IDL to E2 values are the ones you should be checking, as these are
the values that are likely to be out of spec after resetting the throttles.

Thank you a lot! Cant wait to set the TB and see the result when its back on.

at idle if i put my finger on the IACV it will stall. Oddly enough my diagnostic will show a code for IACV....but it appears to work fine. High idle should be IACV problem, Coolent temp/sensor problem(my thermostat wouldnt fully close, never allowing it to warm up, and always idling at 1500 or so), or throttle rigging/adjustment.
