Im using a 16v 4Age from a AE86, with a T50 behind it, I don't have the correct starter for this set-up, But I do have a starter from a 16v Mk1 MR2, any problems with this swap?????

All that should matter is intake side or exhaust side.
If it's from the right side it should work. You may have to change the connector on the signal wire.

^ yup, other than that, some are missing heat shields (4ac) but you should be fine.

I have one from an ae92 in mine. works fine.

In my experience, the only thing you will need in terms of putting the starter at the front or the back is a different cover plate for the gearbox, everything else works as-is.
