Hi All

I have changed from :

But I am facing a problem now and I dont know if it is related to the piping. (I have also bypassed the FPR VSV) Car seems to run okay when the S/C is not boosting (driving with a light foot).
As soon as thre is some boost from the S/C the ECU seems not be able to figure out what's going on. (as if it cant read positive pressure). Fuel pressure is between 3.5 and 4 bar
Everything was running fine before the piping could this be related to a leak or maybe something I have forgot to connect. Map sensor and the vacuum pipe seems to be fine.

Thanks =]

Found the problem by refitting the FPR VSV. By bypassing the VSV vacuum pipe was connected directly to the boosted side which I guess as pressure rose up it ended up over (or under?) fueling.

This would mean that the FPR is usually connected to the vacuum side of the intake system if there is no VSV?

Time to find a leak in the pipes, boost does seem to go above 0.3bar...

Removing the FPR VSV should have no effect on how it runs. The FPR is supposed to see boost to keep fueling straight.

Then perhaps the FPR is faulty, as soon as I connected it directly to the boost side it starts to splutter when boost comes in. Perhaps the VSV is always closed and a faulty FPR?
