Blacktop Oil Cooler Kit

Hey gang,

I recently read this write-up (http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=77707) on an aftermarket oil cooler kit.

Will an oil cooler kit for a 16v work with a blacktop 20v? Will the adapters fit for both engines?

Do you mean the adapter that the oil filter fits onto? Yes it should be the same, since the 16v and 20v blocks have the same mounting points and oil filter location.

you will have to take off that crazy looking aluminum tower that the filter is mounted to and mount the adaptor directly to the block. otherwise you will have fitment issues with the header.
