Looking for a underdrive crank pulley

I have a 16v red top 4 age. did the fwd cars come with a harmonic balancer that has a smaller outside pulely. I have seen pictures but I cant seem to find one. My other option if they are available would be an under drive pulley. My outside pulley drives my power steering pump,I have the largest available pulley for my pump . and at its max RPM. so I would like to go smaller on the crank if thats an option.

I looked into that a while back. If I remember correctly the balancer that comes on the later FWD engines, both pulleys the same diameter, was a better choice. The earlier balancer, the smaller pulley was the same size as the later with a larger diameter on the engine side. Both are balancers. Best bet is to get under drive accessory pulleys, but the are under drive crank pulleys out there, billet aluminum, LIGHT. I have one that is about a 40% under drive. Can't remember who makes it. Not going to give it up.
