Silvertop/Blacktop valve crossover

So this is a question Google and many 4A guys I know can't seem to answer, and is fairly simple.
Do the silvertop and blacktop use the same valves? More specifically, can you use a blacktop valve in a silvertop? Do the keepers and springs work? Retainers?
I honestly can't seem to find an answer. If anyone knows, please chime in

Check for the same part numbers, or factory service manual specs.

I've now had 2 silvertop heads and one blacktop head apart....
The physical dimensions of the valves, retainers, spring seats, and keepers are all VERY similar. The valves use the same diameter stems, same diameter seats, same length, and as far as I can see a similar keeper grove at the top. I recently had to use some of my silvertop hardware so I could flow a blacktop head, and it all went together... at least as far as flowbench testing.
Now can you run them ..... that is a different question... maybe... likely.... but it wouldn't be the best solution

I've actually been directed towards a few different posts that lead me to believe that the valves are effectively identical. At this point I'm pretty certain I can run a mix of valves in my head and the engine will run without issue
