to E85 or not to E85

Hey guys very conflicted if i want to go e85 or not on my silvertop turbo build. Theirs only 3 or 4 gas stations around me with e85. I like the benefits of it but dont like that i cant get it at every gas station. Long run hp goal is 450 to 475 but restricted to under 300 (due to my weak c series transmission) untill i find an e series.I dont want to get pistons untill i can make up my mind. If i stay 93 i will use around 9.0:1 comp if i go e85 i want the factory 10.5:1 comp. What are your opinions on the matter?
