Ok so my car has not been running for a week now
It was running but I had a bent exhaust cam and I have
A relocation kit so I figured that was causing my bogging
Anyways I replaced the cam pulley aligned all the timing
And now just cranks and no start
Things I've checked:
Fuel pump hard wired by toggle switch
Fuel injector are getting 11.5 Volts with key in on position
All 4 plug wires get spark
Recharged the battery
Checked EVERY fuse on the car
The car was running before
My set up is stock 4ag bt 20v
One of relocation n kit
Oem dizzy cap rotor spark plugs all OEM Toyota
Open itbs
Now my car was running the night before I was driving around
No problem starting and stopping
Alternator / starter are brand new
Thanks for the help I usually don't post but I've checked everyone else solution that I've searched all
Over even through the old forum but still nothing any advice would help
Or if anyone is Los Angeles area that could come by and help that would be great
I'm just stumped

The one I purchased only had one slot it could only go in one way

Thanks for the fast replies man!
im a bit of a NEWB here i didnt have to adjust the timing
i just made sure everything was at TDC then pulled off the
pulley put the new one on everything was lined up i rotated
the engine to make sure and then tried to fire it up and nothing

Well, if it ran before and it doesn't run now, the chances are that something you
moved while changing the pulley is causing the problem. If you have fuel and you
have spark, but no snap, crackle or pop, then the spark must be happening at
the wrong time.
Go back over everything that you moved and see if it went back the right way. If
it is possible to assemble any part of the dissy relocate kit half a turn wrong, take
a look to see if that happened. When the #1 cylinder is at TDC on the compression
stroke, the rotor should be more or less alongside of the #1 cylinder pin inside the
dissy cap. Check that first.

WHAT does it do besides not run/start????
No symptom at all, no backfire, hiccup, fart, cough and doesn't give any indication that it sounds like it almost wanna start, is a symptom of no fuel, not the cam&ignition timing per jondee's excellent replies.
Just swap plug wires 1 for 4, 2 for 3 if you've got it 180 degrees out.

I've tanning off the timing belt and rechecked everything a few times the last couple of days
It pops like mis firing almost but only the first time I try to crank after that it just cranks
I have my fuel pump wired via toggle switch but I'm getting proper voltage to everything injectors pump
I can feel the fuel to the fuel rail and on the return line
I'll try to swap around the plugs a bit

Got the car running!
Swapped the plugs around they weren't
In the same position as when it was running
But it's cool cause it's running better than it
Ever has pretty happy loads of power from 5k-8200
Still have some hesitation before hand but it's not
As bad as it was I don't think the timing is 100% on
(Timing being the distributor body @ the back of the head)
But still this is the best it's felt since I have had this motor in
I was reading that hesitation could be
Knock sensor
vvti solenoid or o2 or tps
I'll check those

Battle garage
So I'll check the tps o2 and knock
