Gonna be doing a 20v swap soon and I was wondering what parts off my 16v bluetop should I keep for the swap? The guy I'm getting the engine off of already has it in his ae86 so some stuff I will already have. I just want to know so I wont sell certain things if they'll work for my swap.

Alternator, Alternator bracket, motor mounts (suggest replacing those anyways, Megan makes some good ones), power steering pump and AC pump. You also need to grab the oil pressure sensor off the side of the block.

Since your dropping in a 20V, you'll also need to do something about the thermostat housing and distributor hitting the firewall. You can bash the wall, cut it, or drop the cash on a water kit (I recommend the S-86 kit) and a distributor relocation kit, or you can run a set of 4 COP's and rewire the system for wasted spark. If you're running a silvertop, you'll also have to modify the airbox to work in RWD configuration as it's current FWD design put's it's intake straight into the firewall, but with some tin and an experienced welder it's not that hard. For a blacktop, ditch the box and use either a monofilter or throttle body filters.

You'll also have to do some partial rewiring to the 20V harness to make it work, if I find that old thread I'll send it your way. Good luck with your swap, I'm personally in the middle of an ST swap and rebuild myself.

This is probably the most detailed swap guide you can get, read through it before you sell off that engine.
