Hello. I have a 20V black top but cylinder 3 is down.. compression is 60.
Can i throw on a 16V head and run the 20V ITB and block and everything else 20V?

How can i do this?.. just to get car running.
What do i need.

Like in example.. can i use 20V ECU?
can i use 20V Distributor?

Two Things You Need to Do to Get Out of The Hole You're In ...
If you are currently in a hole, here are two tips on how to get out. Stop digging long
enough to recognize that you are in a hole. Digging the hole deeper will only make it
harder to climb out. When things are going wrong, and you find yourself descending
into the hole, the first thing to do is to just stop. Don't attempt to talk yourself out
of the fact that you are in a hole.

A four-step process for problem solving...
Step 1: Understand the problem (investigate and define).
Step 2: Devise a plan (evaluate options and choose best one).
Step 3: Carry out the plan (solve).
Step 4: Look back (has the desired result been achieved).

You have a complete engine with three cylinders reading less than the minimum
service limit for compression. Your first move is to find out why. If you suspect that
you have bent or burned valves, you can test by using a compressor to apply pressure
in each cylinder and listening for escaping air. Otherwise pull the head and make a
visual inspection of the valves and seats.

If all is good with the head then the problem is in the shortblock and you would be
well advised to get the shortblock to a machine shop for assessment and/or repair.

You can use a silver top block or a blacktop block with a 16v head.
The above combo can be run off a 16v ecu. Be aware that using a blacktop block would create an interference setup.
I'm running a silvertop block with a smallport head on bluetop electronics currently... feels just like a stock smallport setup.

To run itb you need an adaptor from t3. You would also need an aftermarket ecu.

... and 16V coil, igniter, distributor and plug leads.

Jondee is correct. First figure out what is causing the problem. Otherwise you could be wasting a lot of time.
