Exhaust advice 20V BT

Hello,
My 4AGE 20V BT rebuild is almost finished. Now i'm wondering to keep my stock exhaust. It's about 1.75 or 2", don't know for sure. Believe the middle to the end is 1.75" and the header 2" stock. Will this be sufficient for the 4AGE 20V to breath well?
To be hones i prefer a bit torque over high end power, cause the 20V has already a lot high end power

. I don't want a really noisy car. Been there, done that, but not again

It's my daily driver also.
Maybe i could change to the 3SGE Celica exhaust, but that's already more noisy then my stock one.

what car is the 20v in?
generally 50mm(2"), header back is a good size for a stock engine and for a daily driver. Top end will suffer but mid range will rip.

It'll be in a celica T20 which had the 7AFE engine in it. Exhaust is completely stock till now. Onyl mod was an open air intake, but that was more for the nice growl then anything else.

I had an old 7AFE downpipe lying around, so i checked if the 20V header will fit the stock 7AFE downpipe. As you can see it's a PERFECT match! Even the sive sizes are the same. I've measured the inside of the pipes and they're 39.8mm (=1.566")
Does anybody know if the lenght of the stock 7AFE header will be the same as the on of the 20V Blacktop?
'new' header with old downpipe:

The header is exactly the same size as the header from my 7AFE, which also is a 4-2-1 design header (OEM Toyota). Only the connection to the head is a bit different, but i know for sure it'll perfectly match my Celica exhaust.

everyone on the old board always mentioned 2.25" being the best, for 16v and 20v.

Just don't buy an OBX header, you will regret it.

I stay stock for a while. Money is all spent on the rebuild. I'm happy that most of it could be done by myself, otherwise it'd cost me twice as much i think.
