16V Valve Spring Upgrade?

I'm going in to replace some valve seals and was wondering if it would be worthwhile to upgrade the springs and retainers while I'm in there (25 years could wear out them springs). Stock cams, stock motor. Thanks guys!

Stock springs is all you need. Upgrading to something fancy is needed when you go with crazy cams, otherwise just get stock ones. Measures them as per the FSM to see if they even need to be replaced.
