16v Rod bolts

Can anyone tell me the best procedure to get the rod bolts out to fit ARP type.

Take em to a machine shop. You could use a large vice or a press to do it yourself, but you need to check the bearing journal for roundness (Dial calipers are NOT accurate enough for this!) after you are done because it will often be distorted by the process. MS usually charges $40-$60 to take the old ones out and put the new in. They will also 'resize' the journals If needed. While the bolts are out I deburr around where they go, polish the sides of the beam and have them shot peened and balanced. With the price of your bolts you will have $100-$150 in your rods, but they will be stronger and a little lighter.
