1990 corolla SR5

20V blacktop mated to the original 4AFE transmission

problem: six bolt flywheel won't fit the 8 bolt crank

can I source the flywheel header from US imported vehicles? for example can I use the twincam16 header from the AE86?

Also looking for MAP sensor

any direction on what car I can salvage these parts from would be great. Willing to buy private as well

You can use a MAP sensor from nearly any 90s Toyota. I have a bag of them if you don't feel like going to the scrap yard. $10.40 and ill send you a couple.

Happy to help. I always pull them off 93-97 corollas because they are so plentiful. I had to stop pulling them because I had an entire large zip-loc bag about to burst.

Will the 4AGEU header work? from the 83-87 4AG equipped AE86?

The header wont work directly, outer bolt holes don't line up. I've used the 20v header on a 16v so I imagine you can go the other way with some modification of the flange.
Flywheel you can use any 4AGE flywheel as long as you have matching clutch.

I can sell u the 20V Flywheel and Header just send me a pm.

ae86 is rwd, the 90 corolla sr5 is fwd. need fwd header. as for flywheel, source either a 200mm ae86 gts slywheel/clutch combo, of a 212mm flywheel/clutch combo from the later 4age's.
