Can some tell me what plugs into this airbox lines

The big one on the airbox should be routed to the circled end of the ISC in the second pic. That filters the air going through the ISC. Otherwise you will suck crap through it straight to the engine.
I never used the stock airbox so I can't tell you what the smaller nipple is for.
