Super JDM Rare - TRD Nardi Steering Wheel - BNIB

Let me start off by saying yes this price is outlandish. So keep the flaming and comments to yourself. If you have a suggested price, maybe I'll entertain it, but as far as I am concerned this item is rare, maybe the only one left.

So I bought this steering wheel 7 years ago from a guy in Japan. I have held on to it since. Maybe some of you remember the thread. This is a JDM TRD Nardi steering with horn and center cover, same one used in Keiichi Tsuchiya's AE86, the exact same one. This is brand new on box, never mounted, let alone I have rarely even handled it. I paid a lot for it at the time. And I am not building cars anymore as more pressing issues are coming around. Have a piece of JDM AE86 history. If someone out there wants to build a car to spec similar to Tsuchiya's this item is one of them.

The leather is immaculate, it does say TRD and Nardi at the bottom, if you have any questions please let me know.

I do want it, but wont buy it for $2,500.00 Ive been an original owner of my Hanes under wear for nearly 10 years and you dont see me selling it for $2,500.00 On and yeah its the exact same under wear Michael Jordan i mean steve kerr wore on his championship run with the bulls. Let the sale, or lack thereof determine its value. I highly doubt it would ever sell at this price unless it was used in Tsuchiya's race car and signed, but time will tell.

It is nice to see a steering wheel made for the Japan Tuners with asking price pass $500. Realistically, for $2,500, it better have Senna's involvement all over it, not Tsuchiya. No disrespect.

I hope it sold close to your asking price because it would set a new benchmark in pricing for other TRD-Tsuchiya parts.

I've seen these on Yahoo Japan (yes new in box) so they aren't quite as rare as you think. $400-$500 would be my reasonable offer just to save myself the shipping and agent fees.

I just bought my friend's steering wheel, exactly like this one but used. I think I got a good deal because he sold it to me $500 less, since it was used. I bought it for $2,000.
