The fresh 2nd batch has arrived.
I should note that my kit differs from my competitors in that some of the needle bearings can no longer be obtained from Toyota. I have painstakingly put in many hours of research and development to be able to bring these back into production. To my knowledge there is no one else who stocks these obsolete bearings.
The shifter rebuild kit also includes a hand-made bronze shifter bushing with far superior tolerances than the OEM plastic type. You will have a much firmer feel with minimal slop. Again no other current competitor offers this in such a complete kit.
Bronze shifter bushing (Much tighter tolerances, firmer shift feel)
OEM shifter bushing (little bit sloppy/soft/grandma spec, even when new)
Custom manufactured needle bearings. (Apparently Toyota stopped manufacturing these around 1997, 10 years after they stopped selling vehicles with T50 gearboxes)
So what is included in the kit?

6x mainshaft/countershaft bearings (All Japanese branded items, Nachi, NSK & Koyo)
5x Synchro's (1x for each gear)
12x Jellybean/Tic-Tac needle rollers
2x Front and rear oil seals (input and output shaft seals)
1x Bronze bushing rebuild kit for the shifter mechanism
4x caged needle bearings (idler bearings for 1st, 2nd and reverse gear)
1x Split cage needle bearing (idler bearing for 5th gear)
Not Included:
1x T50 gasket set - In my experience these paper gaskets are prone to leaking. I've better luck using Permatex/RTV silicone to seal up the gearboxes
