Have you tried mounting that bumper? that picture is unmistakingly from everspringsports, they sale zenki bumpers on ebay. while mine was indeed a zenki bumper, they shipped the wrong brackets (sending kouki instead). i was able to mount the bumper, but the brackets aren't fully secured on the bumper since all the holes don't line up. If those are the exact brackets you have, as shown in the picture, then you have kouki brackets. Zenki brackets look as such:

The photo above is actually a stock photo I'm using for the moment to represent the item. My bumper is actually on my car at the moment and it fits just fine. I should have a picture up soon. Not sure where this image is from really. About your purchase, perhaps you should contact them about your issue? Thanks for the concern though.
