How was the clutch for driveability? Like was it more DD or track?

It's been a couple of years since we've driven the car with this motor. We bought the car to make a track car but it's now replacing my totaled hatch and getting the Beams swap. From what we can remember the clutch pedal felt slightly stiffer than stock and has a sprung 3 puck disc. I would still consider it DD'able but I was told a little while back that the TRD 8K front springs I was daily driving on was too stiff to be on a daily driver. Opinions vary...
