does this also come with the fuel/oil sending unit? and what other items would b need to make this work in a usdm 85'gts/levin?

fuel sending unit is $100 or so from EP Importers or if you can source one from a cressida with digital cluster.
The digital senders have a blue cover on top which makes it distinct from the normal black ones.
The oil sender is $10 from your local parts house. They're from 90s MR2, Camrys, Celicas.. or basically any other Toyota with a low oil warning light, and not a mechanical gauge.
You will also need to find or make your own conversion harness.
It's not uncommon to see a complete set for $600. This is just half the puzzle.
As a matter of fact, I will include the oil pressure sensor with your purchase
